3 lbs. $22
Anything over 4 lbs. goes priority at $37+

Have you tried Darien Book Aid Plan? We used it when we were in the Peace Corps way back when.
They still seem to be in business and you can get them to send you books. Here's the URL: http://dba.darien.org/
